Data Processing

When you upload documents to Title Work AI, those documents are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your documents will be transmitted to and processed by Anthropic's API. You should not upload documents containing sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for title research purposes.

By using Title Work AI, you accept full responsibility for verifying all AI-generated output. You agree that Title Work AI, its owners, and operators are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from reliance on such content.
