1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Title Work AI:
- Account information: Email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account
- Documents: PDF and image files you upload for processing
- Usage data: Project names, run sheet data, and extracted field information you create
- Billing information: Payment data processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs for security and performance purposes
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service
- To process your uploaded documents using AI (via Anthropic API)
- To process subscription payments (via Stripe)
- To send important account and service notifications
- To improve the Service and troubleshoot issues
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Title Work AI:
- Supabase: Database and file storage. Documents are stored encrypted at rest.
- Anthropic: AI processing of uploaded documents. Documents are sent to Anthropic's API for extraction. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
- Stripe: Payment processing. We never see or store your full credit card number.
- Vercel: Application hosting and delivery.
4. Document Privacy
Your uploaded documents are private to your account. We do not share your documents with other users or third parties except as required to provide the Service (AI processing). We do not use your documents to train AI models. You retain full ownership of all documents you upload.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, encrypted transmission (HTTPS), and row-level security in our database ensuring users can only access their own data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days after deletion.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your run sheet data
